This statek is a renovated historic farmhouse from 1877, in the spacious hall you will be welcomed in a special way by a beautiful knight in armor!
The house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 12 beds.
The bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet and are equipped with towels; these are included in the price.
The living room is equipped with a fireplace, several sofas, armchairs, TV etc. the adjacent room can be used as a playroom for children, studying or work.
The well-functioning WI-FI is of course included in the price.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, freezer, kitchen utensils, etc.
The house has central heating and you can enjoy a meal at the large sandstone table in the adjacent dining room. When the weather is nice, guests can enjoy the large private garden with garden furniture. There is also a covered
terrace for grilling and a large outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m x 150cm).

Weddings and receptions:
The farm is also suitable for private weddings and receptions (within the indicated capacity), where you can bring or order your own refreshments. You can buy a 30 liter barrel of beer at a brewery nearby, we can provide the tap. You can also order trout from our own local fishing ponds and grill them to your liking on the farm.

Parking:
There is ample parking in front of the entrance gate.

Pets:
Unfortunately, pets cannot be taken along.

Smoking:
The entire building is smoke-free.

Prices:
Prices always apply to the rental of the entire building and can be found on the CZ version of the page.

The day of arrival:
On the day of arrival, you must always contact the manager by telephone for information about handing over the key to the building.

Additional beds:
The capacity can be increased by 2 beds, the fee is 400, - CZK / bed / night.

Tourist tax:
Upon arrival you must pay a tourist tax of CZK 20,- per night per person over 18 years old.

Deposit:
A security deposit of CZK 5.000,- may be required upon arrival to cover possible damages, which will be returned in case everything is undamaged.

Haus Frilo - Šonov
We also have another holiday home ready for you! This historic country house has a capacity for 6 people. Here too we offer a fully equipped living room with kitchen. You can relax, grill out or have fun in the pool.
The house is located in a beautiful village bordering the Polish border where there are many beautiful walking and cycling routes.
If you would like to take a bike ride and do not have it with you, we will be happy to lend it to you. Here too we can offer you trout from our own fishing ponds after you have ordered them from us in advance.

Je možné si také objednat větší množství ryb , které po předešlé dohodě očištěné dovezeme .
